Meet the team

Mike Hanrahan, Founder & CEO

Mike co-founded Jet.com and served as the company’s CTO before it was acquired by Walmart for $3.3 Billion in 2016. After the acquisition, Mike served as CEO of Walmart’s Intelligent Retail Lab, where he oversaw Walmart’s in-store CV AI lab and led a team that developed and scaled several AI products for Walmart's US retail business.

Mike also sits on the board of Genetx Biotherapeutics, a company set up for the development and commercialization of an investigational antisense drug for the treatment of Angelman syndrome (AS).

Annalee Bloomfield, Founder

Annalee co-founded Earnest Research, a data innovation company helping change the way professionals understand consumer and business behavior, before joining Jet.com. At Jet.com, she helped build the online retailer from the ground up as part of the Product organization before it was acquired by Walmart.

After the acquisition, Annalee led Product and Customer Experience for Walmart’s Intelligent Retail Lab, where she developed and scaled AI products for Walmart's US retail business.

Patrick Campagnano, Founder

Patrick honed his technical expertise building risk management and trading systems for financial institutions before joining Jet.com. At Jet.com, Patrick oversaw the development of the Jet.com web application, mobile application, consumer APIs, marketing applications and integrations before it was acquired by Walmart.

After the acquisition, Patrick led Engineering for Walmart’s Intelligent Retail Lab, where he built AI-powered technology at-scale for Walmart's US retail business.

Upon founding 4Sided, Mike, and Annalee established sustainability as a core value of the studio with the intention of prioritizing sustainability in every new enterprise the Studio would launch. They realized, however, that there wasn’t an easy way to make sure the companies they would build would be sustainable.

This realization led to the idea that they could bring their experience building enterprise-grade software together to create a comprehensive software-as-a-service solution that companies could use to become more sustainable. As a result, Sustain.Life was born. Try Sustain.Life for free.
